I don't normally make comments publicity online about any other business but when it is personally affecting my family owed business I have to speak up. I feel I need to post this as it's now affecting our business because of our name being very close to another company based out of San Diego/ Carlsbad hat consumers are getting confused with. We haven't posted or addressed this publicly , even though they have posted a warning fake review and slander/libel our company by making false statements about us on their website d elsewhere. We feel the need to address this now as customers leaving a bad review has force us to post to clear our name. Please read as you need to beware there another company out there that using our name and scamming consumers out of their money and I have the proof to back it up.
This other company out there that has our name without the S on claims they are based out of the San Diego/ Carlsbad area NOT Ontario California as we are. They have taken customers money and never doing the work. I have a log book of all this backing it up with names and real customers they never did the work for and personally have helped/talked to many people they promised to help and never did the small claims paperwork. We offer and help these customers to do the work for them that they never did. We are heartbroken this company is doing this to consumers and we are getting the blame because they are using our name
This is the first statement I have made publicly about this company even though they are making false statements claiming we talk bad about them on the phone , we clearly don't have our customers calling them it's theirs calling us asking where there paperwork? Did I miss my court date? They are upset with every right to be and want their money back with all right, they paid for services they never received ! THIS IS NOT A FALSE STATEMENT AS I HAVE PROOF BACKING THIS:
Please don't get us confused with them as we always helping our clients and do the work and we always do our best to help even after business hours and appointments on weekends. They currently have a warning on the front of their webpage fake reviews beware: The reviews are from real customers ( Not Us) they helped and did not do the work. We never personally left a bad review on them as it's childish but now that consumers are getting us confused and thinking we rip them off when we didn't I must speak up to protect this business. We get calls daily of customers confusing us with them screaming they want their money back when we were NOT the ones that help them and took their order we offer to help them get their money back and fix what they didn't do.

We are currently in the middle of a lawsuit ( Litigation) with them.
